Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities, or illnesses. Talking with your technician will help customize your service to ensure your maximum safety and benefit.
We recommend that you schedule your next service before leaving the spa. You may schedule your appointment by phone, in-person or online. A credit card must be placed of file for all new and returning clients. Consultations require a $50 deposit that will, in turn, go toward the treatment.
We request that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This is to ensure we have all information and your experience and our technicians do not feel rushed. When booking services at Onyx, your appointment is scheduled with a technician whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
1. You may opt to shorten your treatment
2. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation charge will be incurred.
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be text, emailed or called before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a 50% service cancellation fee.
Products & Services are non refundable. All service packages purchased will expire 1 year after first session is redeemed. Gift cards expire one year after purchase.
Gratuities are not included in your total purchase amount. It is common practice to tip 15%–20% of the original service price. Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience, they are greatly appreciated.
Onyx Spa & Wellness respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and securely managing all of the personal information that you choose to share with us. In person, over the phone, or during your online visit, you may be required to share personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, physical address, telephone number, or e-mail address. Onyx Spa & Wellness collects this information in order to facilitate the delivery of services and/or the completion of an order. Onyx Spa & Wellness will not sell, share, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties.
